1. Our molds are meticulously crafted using 3D computerized CNC milling machines, ensuring exact dimensions.

The valve bodies utilize gravity casting technology with Italian equipment, ensuring uniform wall thickness, high dimensional accuracy, consistent shape, smooth surfaces free of sand holes, pores, and fine grains. This robust construction tightly integrates with electroplating, providing a glossy finish and extended service life.

3. Surfaces undergo meticulous polishing, ensuring flat, even surfaces with distinct lines that maintain the product's unique shape.

4. Multiple layers of nickel and chromium electroplating .

5. Every product component undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure superior quality for our customers.

6. Assembly of all components is conducted with precision and care.

7. Each valve body undergoes a rigorous 8KG air pressure airtight test, while all products pass comprehensive water pressure tests.

8. Final inspection involves thorough examination, ensuring cleanliness by removing any dust or oil residues.
