·High Strength: 4 times stronger than regular annealed glass
·Thermal stability: 3 times of ordinary regular annealed glass
·Thermal resistance: withstand dramatic temperature changes(300ºC)
·Wind pressure resistance: 1.5~3 times of ordinary annealed glass(used in hurricane-resistant construction)
·Safety: Once breakage occurs, the glass crumbles into small granular chunks of similar size and shape, less likely to cause injury.
Strict QC system included surface quality, flatness test, size system, impact test and fragment test.
FRAGMENT TEST:
Within a range of 50mmX50mm, count the number of glass fragments. High quality tempered glass counts 50~80 pieces of tiny fragments, and Jinghu's tempered glass counts 78.
